I got a great news to share with you all. Do you like to be a refree? Do you like to know more about volleyball rules? Do you like to control the volleyball game? Now, this is your chance!!

Ok, VAS is giving a 5-days refree course. This course is conducted by a brazlian lady...it is a very rare chance! The course is from 2 June to 5 June (7pm -10pm only). The venue for the theory lesson is @ ITE Clementi~

After which, there will be a chance for you ( MUST GO!) to practise your refree skills as there will be student matches on 6 & 7 June @ Bishan Beach Court n Sentosa (The Timings is from 9am to 5pm). The good deal is about this, as a Tiong Bahru regular, the course will cost around $150.

However, it will be charge FREE on one condition that is to become a refree for AYG (asia youth game) from 1 July to 5 July. The first 3 days, you will not get paid as it goes to the course fee but rest assured, 4 July onwards, you will get paid! =D

I hate to say but after the 5 day course, you are a LICENSED refree and you can be earning $30 per game...so are you ready to be a refree or are you ready to get extra skills ? FIVB referee certificate will be given to you. It is beach refree course for those wondering, you will be given FIVB cert. It is internationally known...so think twice!!

The deadline is by this Friday, let me know your contact number asap. I only have 10 slots...miss out this chance...I am really sorry. =( So please do not hesitate!

Yooooh to all,

Sunday has come and passed once again...Ok, it is consider rather fast. Nevertheless, abit of update here n there. Our ah gu has left to europe for work, coming back in 3 months' time, so lets bid him a smooth journey. Meanwhile, this coming wednesday, Kian is heading to Phuket if I am not wrong for a week, lets bid him bon voyage. =) Also, coming Friday, i suppose its Sundown, and some of our strong guys are participating. Lets wish them all the best and don't fall out, ya! =D

Lets start on the main topic, I suppose, today, we have 3 teams and we finally get to see some really old faces. Maybe after exams, now more people are free up to play like wan huei and many more. It is good to see them again, but I suppose very fast, work will tie them up to prevent from playing volleyball. =( oh well, career/ studies comes first ya, so lets hope that they have a good working environment.

Photos, I suppose some of the guys took it and I will try to post it. Please comment on the photograper's effort in taking the gd-looking photos, ya? So that, they know their efforts are being appericated somehow. =)

The highlight of the day is that there is a BLACK OUT, i say again BLACK OUT! Out of my 8 years, I never experience one black out at all...everyone was stunned...and some of the youths still play in the dark...haha, I suppose its a lifetime experience in Tiong Bahru to have Black out in the middle of the game. Though there is this small obstacle, nevertheless, the lights shine again for the volleyball-ers passion. LOL~
