Heys peeps!
I 've got a latest and hot news just came out from the oven! (: This post is only for those that are interested in the Volleyball Clinic conducted by our HEAD coach, Charles and by our TBCC legend Qili. For those not interested in the clinic, don't need to continue as the following will be the details.
Date of Clinic: 9 March 2008
Time: 4pm ( please do not be late as time is precious. For those who are late, hor hor! FACE THE MUSIC! for example: run around the basketball for 50 times depending on the mood of our physical training coach (PTC) which is qili again.)
Attire: Comforty attire with SHOES! no shoes no play/train. can only pick balls. Attitude: Serious all the way unless instructed by Head Coach and listen to his intructions.
Safety Message from medic len: 1. Please drink sufficient water before coming down for training. 2. Have 7 hours of sleep
3. People with history of heat exhaustion/ heat stroke please kindly notify the medic on duty.
4. People with injuries please refrain from training as your injuries will worsen. But if u wanna help can help to pick ball.
5. The nearest hospital will be SGH. You will be evacuted to SGH via two ways either by helicopter or ambulance.
