Hi to all,

ok, i must say today weather is not on ourside again...but not as always. Today, we 'fought and argue' with the weather god not to rain or to rain early as not to ruin our games. Luckily, we won the fight. We start off at 5.35pm.

What did we do?

Basically, we have a 3 on 3 pepper drills, I suppose everywhere or anywhere will be doing this drill. This drill is fun (i hope so). I must say if Mr Time could only given us more of him, we might be able to do a proper warm up. My objective is to warm up the guys and hope everyone can be interactive so as not to stick with your gang so much. =)

Basically, today we started the game at 6.30pm, which is rather late and not much people warmed up in anything. Today might not be the day to do the drill as we face challenge of time and space, anyway, today not the day then when? Lets start kicking off~~ hee

Irregardless of time n space, we tried playing. Actually, my main objective is to get everyone know this drill so that we can practise more on it as it can helps in the positioning and everyone get to play in one position to try, quote from a mail' don always eat char siew rice, try chicken rice at times, it might taste weird but fun', haha...

Subsquently, i also hope to implant more stuff in to make this volleyball fun. =) If i miss out the main point of volleyball , please remind me ya? No worries, just shoot =)

I have some feedbacks from all my friends, Thanks guys for your advice, i will take note of that in the next coming one. =)

Next, we have a newcomer called David, haha...well, i did not have much chance to talk to him but hope he enjoyed himself in the games as I only know he did not play volleyball for awhile. If possible, let us know how you know Tiong Bahru. I believe everyone has an interesting story of knowing tiong bahru CC volleyball though its not the best-looking volleyball, hope its the best-fun-entertaining volleyball experience you can get as an escape from everyday job/ life. =)

Heyo everyone,

its me (7-up). lately, i have been at home rotting. However, weird ideas suddenly flow into my head. =) Anyone is in for training from 4.30pm at tiong bahru CC irregardless of the participants? As i could like to do some training and some spiking training with setter.

It will be like

1. Warm up (which is alot of things includes dig n set NOT SPIKE)30mins
2. Warm up for spike 15mins
3. Briefing on the tatics
4. Tatics spikes trial. 15-20 mins

Anyone interested in this plan of mine? I could really hope you guys inform me asap as i need to brief on the drills for warm up.

Fatal accident

BIG NEWS BIG NEWS!!!

Our good old RAY was knocked down by a ' dono what kinda' vehicle, TODAY 04 Mar'09. He is currently in NUH! He has blood clot in his head and is under observation. This is serious!! Omg, lao dao and me are planning to visit our little fren...i heard the driver was a human. The rest of the detail, I do not have but our main concern is that Ray condition is stable. Lets hope that no side effects or anything happen to him.

Ray has discharged on Thursday night and his condition is stable, we will be having dinner together to see how he is, send your regards in the tagboard if u wan to. =)

Everyone watch this, a diving stance by the MVP Brazil Player Giba (no. 7) my idol. Although tdy is a raining session, but our heart n passion for volleyball are there as quite a few players asked me if today can play volleyball...haha...i am wondering if i can upload tt video, as it will be nicer...haha...
